Shipping & Returns


  • Local orders:

If you operate in the San Luis Obispo County region (see qualified ZIP Codes below), we offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of size. For orders of products for which we maintain inventory, we hand deliver every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with certain exceptions. Please speak to your sales representative if accommodations must be made for special delivery times. Orders must be placed no later than the midnight before the day of delivery for orders to be shipped that delivery day. For orders of products for which we do not maintain inventory, shipping times vary from 3-7 business days, depending on supplier. 

It is our mission at Hathway CBD to ensure your store receives inventory in a timely manner, so any products that must be shipped to us from our suppliers will be immediately delivered next day upon arrival.  The following ZIP Codes qualify for free local delivery:
























  • Non-local orders:

If you do not operate in one of the regions listed above, we offer free shipping for all orders above $99. Any orders below $99 are subject to a $10 flat rate shipping fee, which will be applied at checkout. Shipping times vary from 4 to 7 business days. If you request expedited shipping, please speak to your representative and we will try our best to accommodate. 

NOTE: Additional shipping charges may apply for expedited shipping.

  • Out of stock, backordered, or discontinued products:

We are constantly updating and revising our pages to give you the most up-to-date products available, yet situations may still arise where products will be out of stock, backordered, or discontinued. If you placed an order expecting to receive a product, but it was out of stock and/or backordered, your representative will reach out to notify you. You will be able to revise your order, receive a full refund, or proceed with the order until the product has been restocked. We will issue you an immediate refund for any products ordered that were discontinued before being removed from our site. 

  • Orders not received within 10 business days:

At Hathway CBD, we understand that delayed shipping times can hurt your business. Therefore, if you did not receive your order within 10 business days of order confirmation, we will give you the option to cancel the order and request a full refund. Additionally, we will automatically issue you a 10% off coupon code that can be applied to your next order. This discount offer does not extend to orders where shipment delays resulted from backorders or out of stock products and a representative notified you of the delay within 2 business days of placing the order.

  • Tracking information:

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we will notify you with your tracking information by email. For local orders, no tracking information will be provided. Please see ‘Free shipping for ALL local orders’ for more information. 

NOTE: Order may arrive in multiple packages with unique tracking numbers depending on products requested.


  • Unsatisfactory products:

We stand behind all products and services we offer which is why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders. If any products are deemed unsatisfactory for your customers for any reason, we offer free exchanges or returns within 30 days of order confirmation. Products must be in like-new condition with no signs of packaging damage to qualify for a return or exchange. If an exchange or return is requested and granted for any unsatisfactory products, we will issue you a shipping label to be used to return the products. If a return is requested, we will issue a refund for the order within 5 business days of receiving the returned product in like-new condition.  

Products initially sold at a discounted price will be issued the corresponding discounted refund. Any shipping fees associated with the original order will not be refunded. Please consult your representative in any case of unsatisfactory products.

  • Damaged Products:

For orders with products damaged during shipping, we will issue replacements or refunds upon request. You are responsible for documenting and notifying us of any damaged product within 15 days of receiving the product in order to qualify for the refund or replacement. Damaged products must be documented in original packaging. If an exchange is requested and granted for damaged products, direct replacements will be sent at no additional cost. If a refund is requested and granted, please allow 5 business days for the refund to be issued. 

Discounted exchanges or partial refunds may be granted for damaged products reported after 15 days but no more than 30 days of order confirmation. No refunds or returns will be granted for damaged products after 30 days of order confirmation. There may be certain instances where damaged products must be returned to Hathway CBD for a refund to be issued. Please consult your representative in any case of damaged products.

  • Incorrect orders:

For order received that partially or wholly contained products not paid for, or for orders missing products that were paid for, we will fulfill any requests for exchanges or returns within 30 days of order confirmation. Please notify your sales representative which products were missing or wrongfully included, and we will immediately issue you a return shipping label. Products must be in like-new condition with no signs of packaging damage to qualify for an exchange or return. In addition, we will issue you a 10% off coupon to be used towards any future orders in any case of an incorrect order.
